The title of this entry hardly has anything to do with the entry itself. It’s a rather humorous way to contradict some things. And I’m enjoying it with as much pleasure as I’d enjoy roasted potatoes…however, there’s one slight difference: this doesn’t give stomach problems, unless I’m laughing at what I wrote so much that my stomach hurts;)
So, now that it’s official, I can proudly say what’s my new job: I am the admin of Lush Serbia!:) The site looks pretty oldsk00l, but I, with suggestions coming from the head PR/trainer/godhedoessomanyotherthings will make it look as cool as possible. And

I almost deleted this website yesterday. I had a bad, bad, bad PMS (sorry for too much info) and I don’t remember having been this self-destructive in years. The past two weeks have been mentally overwhelming for me, with good and bad things bombing me each from its own side. Blah. I could use some cheering up now.
The first week, which is, well, the week before this one was all about one BIG shock. Let’s say that some people are becoming more and more dominant as I’m writing this and that they have changed their tactics from You all suck

Pretty much four week left until the best day of my life. Unless I fail again, which would be who knows which time. And no, I’m not talking about the Latin exam, despite the entry’s title…that one will take place in January or February. This is something far more important than bellum gerrere, it’s, well tempus fugit.
I did a stupid thing on Sunday. My Portugese friend living in UK logged in onto MSN with the name Damn Fireworks! and, knowing how to pronounce the name of the holiday, but suddenly unable to spell it properly, I asked her if it

This is not an entry you’ll get to read on the most of other people’s blogs on the last day of October, so I’m reeeeally sorry that I don’ fit into the cliché.
14 days ago someone sort of…slapped me in the face, in a good way. We met earlier this year and I instantly liked them for many reasons: enormous intelligence, knowing at what point people’s discussions turn from interesting to tasteless and their slight resemblance to my childhood best friend, as if they were a version 2.0 of that person (who is, by the way, not really

The answer: safer than the most of the European capitals, but not as safe as I thought.
The story starts on Tuesday; when a tram on my favourite line, which I ride on, like 10 times a week or so, de-railed in a street which was actually rebuilt earlier this year and where all the rails and motors were replaced. Of course, after thinking I could’ve been there and after realising that nobody was seriously hurt; I moved on.
However, today it continued. Three fires, two of them a couple of hundred metres from where I live, at the edges of the

I am pretty much comfortable with the fact that I didn’t pass the second year of my four year studies for…god, you don’t want to know which time. However, I’m not comfortable with the fact that, when I get to the last year someday, I might have someone from 2001 generation I’m a part of teaching me. Sofija is a better student than Mila and me, she is at the beginning of the last year now and she was rather surprised to see one of our class mates from the first year as professor’s assistant. And then, well, I

On the night between 12th and 13th October, I was talking to my German friend Kerstin and somehow we came up with the subject of trends…girlbands and boybands. She told me that a friend of hers has to promote a girl band called Soccx and I said that I have not seen them yet, despite the fact that my prehistoric analog satellite system is mostly showing German TV channels. Either way, both Kerstin and I pulled an all-nighter; then, when my mom woke up, I logged off and went to watch TV, as dad went fishing and when he’s here,

I am not supersticious. Friday the 13th, so freakin’ what? However, in elementary school, there was this girl, Nena, who was scared to death not only of Friday the 13th, but also every 13th of the month. Maybe it was because she was one of the worst students in the class, so she needed an excuse for failing? Either way, my friend Sofija has an exam today. It was supposed to be yesterday, but they postponed it. I know that we’re at the university and that everything is supposed to be serious and mature…but knowing our professors, they did it

I got rejected for a job…in the worst possible manner…without a reply to my email, without explaining WHY I am not the right person for the job. The person who was supposed to hire me didn’t even look at what I can do as a web designer, he acted as if he has no idea what kind of applications I can maintain and what experience I have…and he rejected me ON A PUBLIC MESSAGE BOARD! He didn’t bother to send me a reply to my email, where I analysed the state of the current website to details, where I said

…Despair.nu
Despair.nu is a nice thing. The site itself is nicely designed, powered by a script without bugs and the general idea of commenting on three random people’s blogs and having three people comment on your blog. Well, that’s how it works in theory. In reality, I commented on three people’s blogs (and one of them was an absolute angel by returning the comment, a proof that not all the people in the blogosphere are robotic…thank you, Soup!) and got just one comment…(once again, from a very cute person, so thank you, Marsha, as well!). I already got three new sites
