This is not about people, I promise. The star sign is used as a symbol of one thing going in one and one in other direction. But if it ever gets published without any explanation, it could get people confused and make them think it's about split personalities or some other concept that was used and abused way too much in the last 60-ish years.
I'll spoil the surprise. It's about an inanimate object getting an identical clone after 35 years of having been one and only. And it's my favourite inanimate object in the world, mind you...a poor nameless thing that was used as a marketing tool in many political campaigns, a record breaker in a couple of classes, the flagship construction of my country's industry. If you saw it, you wouldn't believe just how gorgeous that thing is...those things will be. I feel obliged to give it at least one p..m every year and since we saw each other this weekend (it missed me, we have not seen each other in 23 months and we live pretty close), I got insight so as to what is currently going on.
This story was previously explored in A Real Concrete Hearts. And no, that is not a typo, there's a singular/plural game going on. It reminds me that I was plural for no apparent reason once in my life, too. Maybe there's another one of me....yeah, right.
Ribizam

Piscism
When I'm 35, I want a twin,
Equally tall, of identical looks.
I want the twin to be like me,
I want the twin to do all I can't,
I want the twin to handle half of the work.
When I'm 35, I want a twin.
