Squirrelism needs more juice. I don't think my other site has a purpose, so I deleted it this morning and I don't think I'll be bringing it back. Perhaps it was never meant to be. Perhaps a domain name that's really owned by me, where I'm writing openly about everything (or as openly as someone possibly could) is not such a good idea.

Ah... so you're back here. Yeah, I imagine there's more work involved with so many domains... and hence... online identities. I can barely find the time to update one blog (and reply to comments). LOL. I guess that's what "categories" are for... You can compartmentalize your thoughts (and pieces of your brain) in "categories"...
But I understand what you mean by openness... That sense where you feel free to say anything you want without repercussions. But that's not really possible with a public blog... I choose not to go into too much personal detail on my blog for pragmatic reasons. I have a career (and business image) to protect. And well, I don't want to write something and regret it later... So I think twice about publishing something.
I guess that's why I rarely blog now... I censor myself too much. Sigh.
Anyway... I will follow you wherever you may decide to live (Internet real-estate, that is).
Later days,
Massa P
Good to have you back, I couldn't be bothered to have an URL change in my bookmarks.
errhh..
As for self-censorship, it's a good thing if it only make you stay away from trouble. It's a bad thing when it becomes a tyranny. I've not written about the most cruel and unusual experiences that I've had, but if I feel that it is important for my friends to read it, I write it anyway.
